What a week its been already... and its only Wed. My body is so sore right now so I decided to take a break today that and I woke up 2 hours late which is no good. BUT! While watching some TV last night, one of the weight loss shows, I saw The Couch Potato Workout Which is 15 push up, 15 sit ups, and 15 squats. At first you think yeah ok that seems easy enough, but once you do it for a couple commercials, you definitely start to feel the burn! I did it through an hour long show and by the time I went to bed I was feeling the burn in my legs and arms. Try it out!
While driving to work Mon. I'm listening to the radio and they are talking about what 3 things are you totally obsessed with? Some girl say spinning class, the Bachelorette, and, and smoothies. Another guy said his Iphone, some band I've never heard of and health food. It got me to thinking... What am I "obsessed" with? Well I couldn't think of anything I love so much to say I'm obsessed with it. Ask me that same question 2 years ago and I have raddled off 3 things I was way in love with. Not to say that I don't love the things I do sometimes but nothing I would call being obsessed with. So I asked my husband what he thinks I'm obsessed with. He says eating healthy, crafts, and working out. Ok well I see eating healthy and working out as one whole getting healthy. Crafting I really like but just because I have a room full of crafty bits don't make so obsessed. I don't have time to craft. I could probably make time, but waking up too early working out cleaning the house going to work both jobs and then coming home to cook dinner and clean some more... sometimes I just wanna sit and veg out on some TV and not use my brain! So as I'm writing that just now... I schedule crafting into my life just like I schedule everything else. A couple of days a week just take an hour or so to go and craft it up!
